Our return policy is very simple. If you decide that you have estimated too much foam and want to return it, we'll buy-it-back! The only requirement of our buy-it-back policy is that the product returns to us, shipping paid by the customer, in it's original condition and original packaging, within 14 business days of arrival at the customer location (10% re-stocking fee may apply). For example: no adhesive on the product, no unusual odors, no cuts, no discoloration, unused, etc. We want to supply other customers with the same quality that you first received. We ask that you contact us to acquire a return authorization number (RAN) that will allow you to return the product.
