Frequently Asked Questions  Is HSF Acoustics& foam flame-retardant? Yes. All of our FR1 series foam, which includes everything we currently sell, passes both UL94-HF1 and MVSS302 flame tests. Our foam is self-extinguishing.  If I buy more, do I pay less? Yes. The first quantity discount applies when you purchase 10 or more foam packs. Basically, the more you buy, the more you save. Please contact us for more information on discount pricing.  Which shipping carrier do you use? Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. All shipping prices on this site are quoted using UPS Ground service. Most orders outside of the continental United States are shipped via USPS (Canada: UPS). All shipments with UPS are insured up to $100. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please contact us for alternate shipping method and quote.  How long will it take for the product to get to me? We will provide a tracking number via e-mail so you can see when your product is due to arrive. Please see this map to determine your delivery time via UPS Ground. We can expedite orders if you need the product sooner than indicated.  When I place my order, when can I expect my product to ship? In almost all cases, if your order is placed before 11:00am EST, your product will ship the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship within 24 hours of order placement (during the normal business week). It is rare that we are out of stock on any of our products, but in such a case, we will contact you immediately for your convenience.  Is HSF Acoustics foam available in different colors? The only color we stock is charcoal due to it's intense customer popularity and ability to resist fading more than any other color. We also make products in blue and tan. These alternate colors are available only for larger orders.  Do you ship overseas? Yes. We use United States Postal Service for all international orders (except Canada).
